You could say it was a pay day loan scam common place over at AV Forums I've heard.

I also had a baby last year and didn't use other folks money to feed him.

Dude never did send the correct tube to me a few years back - that just fizzled out after he promised to find the right one. I only let it go because Grant kindly paired it with a MS2931/33. (It was meant to be a A68KJU96X MS9, but it was a A68KJU96X MS29e31s, which is 31k only).

It says a lot about his character that its taken a ban for him to refund you. He's clearly continued selling items elsewhere for hundreds, if not thousands of Euros in the last few months. He's contributed nothing to the forum in the 5+ years he's been here. That's not the sort of seller we want on AO.

Hahaha! Are you crying that same **** here too?

This guy sends me 3 bent to hell stools and gets upset because I opened a claim with PayPal. I closed the claim and all was well, but this dude still wants to cry about it.

I sold a Blast City marquee lamp holder with 5$. This guy (memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=22047) contact me and offered to pay for delivery in US.
As usual, i did not accepted money in advance.
Package was received a week ago, the guy is visiting the forum but never contacts me again. He "forgot" to contact or pay, or just to say "sucker" or "thanks".

To make it very clear: I do not care for 40$ (even for 2000 Euros lost with our dear famous scammer Jan who`s doing very well here).
Because on this forum i managed to meet (too) many low life specimens - from various countries, i strongly believe this is no place for one arcade enthusiast but something else -and i will not make my fingers dirty by name it.

Please consider request to delete my account and data very serious and official.
This guy deleted his account so I could not message him anymore.

Not a dispute, but I just stumbled on this. I regularly buy from the guy, but man, ThomasM does some sketchy eBay selling:

https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/feedback_profile/picci-ma
https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/feedback_profile/laulauson
https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/feedback_profile/yano-arcade

All three accounts are his and he shill bids on his own auctions.

Poor seller, sent faulty cartridge with sticky PCBs that clearly had fizzy drink spilled on them.

Refused a return and negative so feedback left.

In retaliation, he’s left me negative feedback despite being paid promptly and being given an opportunity to take the faulty cartridge back.

I can’t imagine what more can be expected from a buyer than to pay promptly and to attempt to rectify differences privately before leaving feedback.

For complete transparency, I’d be more than happy to post the entire conversation, so that there’s no ambiguity.

Hi, I want to mention Crisbeans. I received an unwarranted negative after selling a carts mvs last blade. He claims that it doesn't work, that he has some product on the cards, but no tests made with other bases, no photos of the defect or what actually comes out on the screen. I asked if he uses a cab or a supergun, no answer ... Only he wants a refund because it doesn't work .. I sent the video made the night before, which clearly shows the cassette and audio and video functioning. After a few exchanges of messages he gave me a negative fadeback that I ask for it to be removed.
I have all the messages available and evidence that my game works great (although it can be dirty).
He paid with paypal gift, but as always I also offered paypal goods. And said that in this case even with paypal goods would not get refunds without any proof proved to them. Which I would have done, of course.
I want to clarify that I sell a lot of arcade, and if they have problems I have no problem selling with a defect or failure. As I have always done here for years.

Waiting for an answer, have a nice day
Max

Dispute with ThomasM:-

Full transcript below

Negative feedback left by me, after the above. Negative feedback left against me in retalliation.

As a buyer, I paid promptly, and attempted to resolve the matter privately.

Also, the negative feedback reads as follows:-

Image

"No testing with another base" - Nope, got a U4, asix slot and not only have I tried ity in both, but I've tried it in different slots. I clearly stated in my messages that I tried it in two cabinets.

"or cleaning the cartridge" - Nope, I clearly stated very early on that I cleaned it with IPA (as I do with most cartridges I buy).

"also avoid this seller on eBay" - In however long I've been on eBay, I've never once sold anything?!

"Probably had another Last Blade" - Nope, not only is that a completely baseless claim, but the cartridge literally has a serial number on it!!

"Or base broken" - Certainly not. Two different cabinets, both very well looked after

I'm going to have to accept that I've lost my money, but I have to object to receiving negative feedback. I try to contribute to the forum, and I've made a number or purchases here too.

There also seems to be some fixation on SuperGuns?!

Image

The cartridge has been tested on a four slot, in a U4, and on a six slot in an Electrocoin cabinet. However, if I had a SuperGun that worked with my many other cartridges and this cart turned up faulty and covered in fizzy drink, I would absolutely still want to return it.

Still not working?

I can test if you like 👍 These MvS carts are pretty hardy once had one turn up covered jam and played fine after a good scrub.
