Can somebody summarise what went on at AP. I can't see the thread.

Heres my initial post over on AP:

Forum member @tonyt76 received his stools from me (according to tracking) on July 25th, 2019. I woke up today (September 28th 2019) to a Paypal claim for a full refund ( >$300) for "items damaged in transit", yet his Paypal claim was "Item not as described".
Why is this just now coming up two months after he accepted delivery?
Why has he not tried to contact me directly either through these forums or via email? I'm not a difficult person to contact.

He never withdrew the Paypal dispute, and they judged that he must send the stools back to me for a refund. I guess he didn't want to do that, so he dropped the claim. No photos or details of the "damage" were ever given. Eventually after 3 pages of back-and-forth and seemingly everyone chiming in, the subject just ran out of gas and no further action was ever taken by either of us.

His final post sealed it:

As you have made a serious false accusation based off of four line, can you submit a full detailed witness statement including times, dates and full evidence when the alleged theft which supposingly took place.

Once you have completed this, as a law abiding citizen can you ensure that this is submitted to your local police constabulary to be considered for further investigation.

When you have done this, please update The dispute resolution thread with the Crime Incident Number / Crime Reference Number.

As always, I hope it is just a misunderstanding and all parties get what they expect from the trade. The onus is Mrsega to resolve the issue. (Over at UKVAC)

I did read it and g60hot has not replied here or there, so I have no reason to doubt it, but I stand by what I’ve posted.

It’s much easier and courteous to say the matter is in hand rather than throw your toys out the pram.

Well what a load of complete ****, honestly I can’t even be arsed reading the **** (I’ve heard it many times), unfortunately the details of this die with Mr.sega and I but we both know the truth... I’ve now been waiting patiently for a phone call for 4 days as somehow this was the only opportunity to call me!! Guess what the phone call never came...what a surprise... instead I got a message telling me various **** and he will refund me if 5 days...we shall continue to see.

Until I receive my full refund or cabinets I have been ripped off...Simples!!
