Re: The dispute resolution thread
Hi,
things are not quite as you have shown them, however I want to put an end to this story as I said before I never had any problems on EBay (they are users since 2002 100% feedback from positive seller) and I don't want to have them even outside. ..if you agree I will refund you when you paid me the first part you paid me when you could not be found already this evening you will be credited back to your PayPal account, if you send me a private message with the number of 2 transactions so check amounts and dates if I result from my account I will refund.

Re: The dispute resolution thread
hi, thing are nor really like that? i can put all ower exchange if you want but it will be long and boring.
and i don't put all on you, i took long time in my second payment and ok i sent you many messages.
I contacted many people for this dispute to advance and I had to go to contact you anonymously on ebay to have news again because you did not answer on neo arcadia.
you told me that you had many problems and i think I was understanding and patient (you too when i lost my job in end of 2018), and I hope they are solved. i don't want bad things to you, I just want to solve this deal.
for the payement, like i said i sent you 585 euros : 100 for lock the deal and 485 for final payement.

thanks.

Re: The dispute resolution thread
but you are kidding ?I have 13 positive feedbacks as many positives that have not left feedback for expensive material and a miserable -1 for about 30 € left by a user who does not. wanted to pay for the shipment (he lives in the USA and wanted to pay the shipping as in the UK)thegreathopper wrote: October 25th, 2019, 8:29 amYou already have a -1 on this forum, did that guy get his money back?pianela wrote: October 24th, 2019, 5:05 pm Hi,

Re: The dispute resolution thread
I ain’t kidding, any negative feedbacks are bad even just 1. It’s always better to sort with the other party.
Have you refunded psyko44 above?, it looks like you have had his money for 10 months now.

Re: The dispute resolution thread
Then I repeat I have all positive feedback on Ebay, here I only have one for 30 € (which I repaid) for run'user who wanted me to buy a metal bracket for 20 € and demanded that I send it to the USA for 10 € (I it costs 40 € to send it). Regarding the material in question, look at the dates of payments, blocks the material on the posts, disappears for 3 months, does not answer me, then shows up, sends me € 100 and disappears for another 4 months in which it does not respond to my messages, then as you can see from the screenshot after 4 months it pays out € 480 missing, I had prepared the material 7 or 8 months before (now I don't remember exactly) in the meantime I move (change city) and the material remains in a warehouse, luckily I can to recover it only a couple of months ago. Now since in the meantime I have been treated badly a little everywhere I am not happy with the situation. So I do not know whether to send the material or make a refund all here. I will probably send the material Tuesday and put here the tracking code, since he does not care about privacy I will not send it directly to him as I usually do through PM.thegreathopper wrote: October 25th, 2019, 8:51 am I ain’t kidding, any negative feedbacks are bad even just 1. Some time ago I received a unique NEUTRAL, in this forum as well as many positives, just because there was no good communication with gogle translator ..... Here the good or bad fadebacks are given superficially ... For crap (like this my ...) greetings ..

you can see int this topic the 24 september : http://www.neo-arcadia.com/forum/viewto ... =9&t=65239
i sent you a mp this 24 september for locking the 2 kits, and first payement the next day (25). second payement the 10 january so 3 month and 15 days after, ok i took long time, and i didn't answer all the time because the only answer that i could give you was "i am in the ****". i explain you why with my last boss. i didn't diseaper 2 times (3 and 4 month) 1 time if you want and I did not answer all the MP but I answered.
now i show you that i made the full payment, do what you've said, refund me please, i don't want to wait more for shipping, refund in paypal take 5 mins. my apologies for your name that was visible, but it was not to hurt but to prove the payment to you. i never wanted to do a war aigainst you or treated you badly, but the months have passed and I lost my patience, i became mad with this.
thanks.

ok for me.
Re: The dispute resolution thread
My -short-story and message to moderators-admin:
I sold a Blast City marquee lamp holder with 5$. This guy (memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=22047) contact me and offered to pay for delivery in US.
As usual, i did not accepted money in advance.
Package was received a week ago, the guy is visiting the forum but never contacts me again. He "forgot" to contact or pay, or just to say "sucker" or "thanks".
To make it very clear: I do not care for 40$ (even for 2000 Euros lost with our dear famous scammer Jan who`s doing very well here).
Because on this forum i managed to meet (too) many low life specimens - from various countries, i strongly believe this is no place for one arcade enthusiast but something else -and i will not make my fingers dirty by name it.
Please consider request to delete my account and data very serious and official.

Don't agree with the posting style of this guy, but to be fair, I'm not surprised by the above after seeing this:

Re: The dispute resolution thread
It might be worth considering if sending goods to people with zero feedback and a post count only just into double digits, without wanting any up-front payment, is the best idea in the world.
It's all very well calling other people scammers, low lifes etc, but if you don't do even the basics to avoid being taken for a ride, then taken for a ride you will be. It has very little reflection on the community here and quite a big reflection on your own naivety. I've had literally hundreds of deals here with people all over the world and never had a single noteworthy problem.
But yeah, this place...

You missed the Romanian drama a while back. He said he won't send his freebies to anyone with a high post or feedback count. Sealed the deal for himself. He had a chip on his shoulder and on his monitorSpectre wrote: October 31st, 2019, 2:26 pm It might be worth considering if sending goods to people with zero feedback and a post count only just into double digits, without wanting any up-front payment, is the best idea in the world.![]()
