This was not intended to be a real "dispute" but....

"i have provided several pictures from the screen, incl. images with flash and in direct sun-light" - all you pictures are done in such a way that made impossible to spot any screen problem.
all pictures are avoiding that -left- side of the screen. However, the problem can be spotted in one of the picture - if you know what you`re looking for.

Did I threatened you to make story public? It was just a statement, not a threat. I do not threaten people online.
Since i do not expect money - refund or anything from you, this cannot be classified as "blackmail".
It`s for your future customers-victims- information.
They can decide what`s good for them.

I trusted your word, and your word means nothing. You prove it.
Money are not important Jan, but for a man to lose his "word" ...it`s tragic. Think about it.

The example you're posting could easily be a reflection. There are more pics that suggest there is nothing there.

It's entirely possible the front of the monitor took a hit and the marquee chipped the glass.

I don't know the exact terms of Jan's freight company's insurance but I suspect that he is quite right that goods need to be inspected and damage reported on receipt otherwise you're **** out of luck. As crazy as it sounds, those are often the terms.

I fear you've just been incredibly unlucky. The cab was well wrapped and labelled.

You`re right Jan, You`re the best!

I apologize for paying you 2000 Euros for that "ace" screen.

I apologize for everything you want.

This conversation should stop, moderator can delete the thread, ban me or whatever.

Some people really make me sick.

and let me Point, at no point did i tell the buyer that i`m not willing to find a solution, polish and/or glass kit is an Option for example. But accusing me in rude way is not acceptable, at that point i asked him to get back to me when is is ready to speak about this in a serious way.

I still am. Get in touch with me .

"It's entirely possible the front of the monitor took a hit and the marquee chipped the glass."

If you bother to read THE FACTS - and you did not- you should easily notice that header (yeah that big plastic thing) was ON TOP of the screen. But also on TOP of cardboards, bubble plastics and such.

I was unlucky because somebody hit the header (maybe 5mm thick) hit the carboard (maybe 2mm thick) , hit the bubbles plastics and dent the screen

And guess what, no traces! Everything was in place.
Magic isn`t it?

Well my feedback is too small to expect something here, but facts are facts.
And as i said , enough is enough.

2000 Euros for that garbage? Yeah, it`s all fair and nice. But for me it`s over.

you know sometimes it is even enough if the palett is dropped from a low hight to make glass chip off.

I work with windshield repairs and replacements, that tech is not compatible with the kind of glass that a tube is made of. Just FYI.

AxBattler wrote: October 4th, 2018, 7:56 pm Greetings y'all,

On 4th of September this member: Damsrpg

https://forum.arcadeotaku.com/memberlis ... le&u=21592

contacted me through pm after I posted a request in the wanted thread. He offered me some pcbs, that he wanted to sell. After receiving pictures and a video of two pcbs (Battle Garegga & Battle Bakraid) I sent a high amount of euro via paypal on septembet 12th. On september 17th he sent me a pm with the info, that he packed a bigger package and that the package will be sent within the week and wanted to give the tracking information. At the end of the week, on September 21th, I sent a request, asked if the goods were sent and for the tracking number. On 24th September I recieved the last pm from him, in which he told me that all of his packages are ready and that he will send next day and also give the tracking evidence.

I tried to contact him through mail (on his paypal contact adress) and through neo-arcadia, where he is active under the same name, but recieved no answer. He logged on there even today. Im really disappointed and shocked about such a bad behaviour. I was very active the last years, got in contact with so many nice people around the world on many different forum sites. Hope that finally there will be a good ending.

TY for attention and further help
Michael
Got an info today from Paypal, that they followed my explanation and that i will get the refund from them.

Hope that he has not scammed other members here or elsewhere.
Thx
Michael
