At this point why don't you just sit in your car and show up at his doorstep? Aren't we talking about a 1000 Euros or more?

If the plan backfires, pretend to post them and conveniently lose the tracking number?

Is that the cliff notes version? :wtf:
This is bad .
Looks to me like he already fixed them and then sells them somewhere else, that´s probably why he doesn´t return them or offers to buy them cheap .
If things come to worse he could pretend he shipped them back without tracking so can can be " lost in the mail " and then offer broken board prices while he sold them working for the full amount .
I wonder if he still has all of them in his possession

gamescollector, why didn't you send your pcbs to caius for repair in Italy?
He is absolutely honest and expert in repairs.

Disappeared with my games, I also received many pm of users who told me that they were also cheated and that I would never receive my cards back (my pcbs too beautiful for neocps1)

I have entrusted myself to a lawyer, I hope he can do justice

Greetings y'all,

On 4th of September this member: Damsrpg

https://forum.arcadeotaku.com/memberlis ... le&u=21592

contacted me through pm after I posted a request in the wanted thread. He offered me some pcbs, that he wanted to sell. After receiving pictures and a video of two pcbs (Battle Garegga & Battle Bakraid) I sent a high amount of euro via paypal on septembet 12th. On september 17th he sent me a pm with the info, that he packed a bigger package and that the package will be sent within the week and wanted to give the tracking information. At the end of the week, on September 21th, I sent a request, asked if the goods were sent and for the tracking number. On 24th September I recieved the last pm from him, in which he told me that all of his packages are ready and that he will send next day and also give the tracking evidence.

I tried to contact him through mail (on his paypal contact adress) and through neo-arcadia, where he is active under the same name, but recieved no answer. He logged on there even today. Im really disappointed and shocked about such a bad behaviour. I was very active the last years, got in contact with so many nice people around the world on many different forum sites. Hope that finally there will be a good ending.

TY for attention and further help
Michael

In that case, you will get your money back. If there is no tracking evidence, then paypal will side with the buyer (you).

Hopefully Damien has a good explanation though.

Thank goodness you didn’t pay by Gift. This seemed very fishy to me at the time:

Does he have any feedback on Neo Arcadia?

I’ve suspended him from the marketplace and sent him an email.

Has been a member for ten years there with 395 posts.

Seems to be other members also asking for current delivery.

He also had a sales thread on here, not be there any more.

I don't think this is more than a delay and bad communication but you were right to open a dispute on Paypal to cover your ****.

i`d like to report myself.

i shipped a Cab to Romania, the NNC. The one a few people here have actually seen in person.

i have send the buyer (as usual) lots of pictures and also pictures of the packing process , the final packed cab and so on.

due to the natur of the target country, the shipping company requested me that the item has to be inspected on spot. i also informed the buyer about this and there was also an information letter on the cab.

the cab arrived and apparently has a smale chip-mark in the glass.

after letting me know about this and blaming me for this, the seller informed me that the screen is suddenly dead.

again, i have fooled someone.

Bought one New Net City from Jan, he`s a solid seller almost 100 positive.
His word should weight a ton, at least i believed that.

Facts:

-I paid 2000 Euros plus 250 transportation (call me crazy).I know, you can buy 2 cabinets with this money.
-Repeatedly asked if monitor is without burn-in or scratches. Here are some quotes:

Me: "All good, I need confirmation that there are no scratches on the screen or burn in."
Jan:"yes sir, no burn, no visible scratches, the sreccen is ace!"

-I asked him to take care with package in order to avoid problems - scratches.
His answer: "I pack all cabs bullet proof, i‘ll Send you a picture tomorrow."

-He packed the cabinet buletproof indeed. Header was placed in front of the screen, plenty cardboards and
one ton of plastics. Really good job.
-Package arrived in perfect condition, exactly like in his pictures. I carefully checked everything, nothing wrong.
Insurance was 2000 Euros so they handle it carefully.

- After removing everything i noticed one deep dent on left side and other small scratches on screen.
No way to be created during transportation, everything was untouched and header was always in front of the screen.
-Oops, there are some burn-in signs. Light burn-in, but you can see it if you`re not blind. Or if you`re not Jan.

-I contact Jan, he asked me if i mentioned this to driver. Excuse me? Package was untouched and driver will not
wait 20 minutes until i remove all plastics.
Anyway it`s irrelevant, outside package was untouched.

-I told Jan that it`s impossible to have those scratches and a BIG dent from transportation.
He accused me of blackmail: -Sorry Jan, i do not want MY money back. I`m not blackmailing you. I simply asked you what`s your point of view.

-Later on i tested monitor - has no image. Jan reply:
"now the screen is also dead, are you kidding ?
please get back to me when you want to discuss this in a serious way."
If monitor is not working it`s a joke, he`s not interested.

-There was a problem with VGA cable, well... i fixed it and it`s working, thank you Jan for your understanding, it`s my
fault that your cable was broken. Mea culpa.

-Many screws are missing and a thick layer of dirt cover everything. I know, rags are expensive, life is hard. Few missing screws means "nothing".

-His conclusion:

"seriously ? i have no need to fool anyone and i have certainly no need to lie about the condition of my items. this NNC was in awsome condition when i shipped it and i highly
doubt that i over-saw, so this has to be transport related. further calling this cab to be in bad condition is just absurd.

take it to a car glass shop and have them polish over it and send me the bill for that.

Polishing the screen at a car glass shop? Wow! I should take this advice as an insult, but considering his attitude, i just feel sorry for him.

I`m posting this story with his consent:

"ps.
one more note to you, blackmailing won´t work, i don`t mind that you post this public, i have nothing to hide."

It`s nice he has nothing to hide, me neither.
Some people will consider that dent "nothing". For me is huge problem, i paid the price for a perfect screen. And it`s not.

Consider this post just "FYI". There are no "material" claims from my side...

-i told you that you will 100% have to make sure to inspect the item before signing for it
-i have provided several pictures from the screen, incl. images with flash and in direct sun-light
-i have told you that i will put it in storage due to the fact that you asked for delayed delivery and that it might get a bit dusty, heck i even send you pictures of how it was (completly packaged) stored.
-you have threatened me to make this public, that`s when i have made this posting (for the reason i mentioned, i have nothing to hide) and told you that blackmailing won`t work

I`m not going to ship any more Cabs, heck, i will not even sell here any more. Pang, please feel free to delete my marketplace access. It is getting ridiculous.
