Awesome film.
Wha?!...

That was one of the worst piles of crap I had the displeasure of being made to sit through. Tarantino wannabe tripe turned out by a schoolboy wannabe filmmaker - it had zero panache or credibility. I was angered. :)

Dead Snow was gash. I've seen worse, but they really could & should have done better.

Off to watch Låt den rätte komma. Empire gave it 5 stars & it's sweedish. The only other Sweedish film I can recall seeing was the seventh seal & it was pretty good :awe:

The Last House On The Left 8/10 Pretty gory (which is a good thing :awe: ) Another re-make of a Wes Craven 1972 movie  Pretty tense stuff though ;)

Last house on the left is worth watching, but
the rape scene is a bit much. Sometimes less is more...
I'd recommend Låt den rätte komma, certainly not a 5 star movie (3.5 in my eyes) but it's good none the less. Well written, well acted & not too OTT. The story & characters are subtle, but the 12 year old love / relationship made me feel like a voyeuristic paedophile. They were too young for that level of implied intimacy. If that's your thing then add 1 star :awe:

I need something to watch tonight :? I started watching Natural Born Killers the other night, but my memory of the film is better than it actually is.

I'm waiting on a decent Moon rip turning up: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1182345/ until then there's not much exciting about.

That film always reminds me of Wild at Heart (which is much better).

Has no one mentioned saw yet? I suppose it's because it's extra (Swiss) cheesy. But Iust admit i kinda like that about them. You know what to expect. Guaranteed twist. I like the way each film backtracks and adds a layer of extra complications to jigsaw's plans. So predictable, but good for it you know?

I haven't seen the new one yet, but pretty much know exactly what to expect.
