Re: Jaleco Pony Mark III 25
All bought from separate sellers on YHA over the last few months. I've been keeping half an eye for about eight years and they're the cleanest I've ever seen on there. I later found out that BattleSmurf and I were bidding against eachother.
The 12B had no signs of use. Not even the slightest scuff. you could see it had never been mounted to a cabinet as the vinyl over the carriage bolt holes was clean cut. I popped it's cherry.

One of it's transparent dust washers was cracked in half. It's minor but the seller did a truly remarkable job of hiding this in the auction photo. It took me about thirty attempts to try and fail to recreate it. I had thought it was impossible and it must have cracked in transit, but in the end I got close enough. I still can't get over the photography talent...

Tbh I feel the 12B design is a bit of a bodge. The 6b looks sooo much nicer.

I can't even play mahjong

I know, I'd prefer it if they did. I guess they just thought it looks neater with the panel design.Neo Gold wrote: August 13th, 2021, 5:39 pm Lovely... Wonder why they did not put the 12b in an arc?.

That's pretty funny.pubjoe wrote: August 13th, 2021, 6:17 pmIt's minor but the seller did a truly remarkable job of hiding this in the auction photo.
I wonder how much the seller thought he would lose out on if bidders noticed it was cracked.

Re: Jaleco Pony Mark III 25
The bottom one I bought as it looked much nicer than the one I already had, other than some rust on the back.
Then the middle one turned up soon after auction end. No rust, nice and clean. If I bought it I'd have the trifecta of Pony freshness. My hand was forced.
The top one is a historical crime.

Maybe I shouldn't say this but I thought the top one with a torn overlay could make a base for a custom CP. I fancy making a button only CP for Pac-Land and maybe Hyper Olympic.

For LS32, yes. They're available to buy for a wider shaft, but for this fitting I don't know if you can find them anywhere except attached to an old Pony CP.
They're also pretty crappy. With age they turn cloudy, brittle and crumbly. They're like an old man's toenails.

Can I bother you fine gentleman for sticker placement on these? I have a bunch of reproduction stickers and I need a little help verifying where to install.
Thanks!
