is there any chance you'll share the guide soon?
if you dont have the time to finish the guide soon, let me give you a hand. i can make a well designed guide based on your pics & drawings.

please let me know.
Sure. I could need some help with that.
I will do it myself but it will take time as I am very busy right now with kids and all.

Hi

I was wondering if you have released the guide or are you selling the rotate mechs?

Cheers

They are waiting for the last metal parts that prolly will arrive today. :D
Your parts are the actual wheels that is bolted on the big metal disc that holds the monitor-arms.

Soon I will put up pictures of my second True Flat rotate mech in my Egret 3, that will have Tosh PF in it, and your wheels fits perfectly. ;)

And so here is the second true-flat rotation-mechanism finished.

Wooden board and endless filing on every part to get everything to play perfectly together...by me.
Now they work really smooth and are ready for use.

The tube in the pic is Tosh PF Toshiba tube. Perfect fit. :D
To finish this project it required A LOT of patience and hunting for parts.
Just the bolts has a chapter of their own.

Awesome work. Please list the cabinets in the picture and what monitors will be fitted so we can geek out about 'em proper, like. :awe:

Edit: I'm guessing;

EGRET II - MS9
AWSD - PF
EGRET3 - PF

?

haha,ok :awe:
All cabs are re-sprayed with new stickers/Ill panel, they all have working 100 yen mechs and 2.1 sound systems.

Egret II: MS9 monitor, burn free tube with removed anti-static coating and re-capped chassis.
AWSD: Brand new Tosh PF K29CQ50
Egret 3: Burn free Tosh PF D29C051 with Matsushita type tube and re-capped chassis.

And then there is another Egret II (same specs as the ones above.), I havent decided yet what tube will be in that one, either a Toshiba tube-rodo chassis tri-sync high res (max 1024x768) or an original MS9?

Cabs are re-sprayed and put at the location where they are meant to be.
Thanks to Stompp for carrying. :D

The AWSD gets a brand new Tosh PF...and the rotate-mech just fits.
(Yeah, after lots and lots of tweaking.)

Then adding the matsushita Tosh PF to the E3.

Hello

I come out this thread, to thank you monouchi for his work.

I would like to know if you have a last picture and size for real chassis (Egret III - 3)

Thanks for this work , it's great.

Do you mean the monitor chassis? And is it a Wei-ya chassis or the Tosh chassis?
