Indeed! I thought you were really happy with the black finish... :eh:

For gods sake, its a carton box - not the holy grail!

Wouldn't be the original colour. Black or white, I'm undecided. Currently redecorating and black may be a bit too obtrusive.

Standard size, but I think 15/18mm long.

I've got a pile of lock tangs in my spares box, and loads of N5000 (as found on Konami Windy cabs, also fit the Pony perfectly) locks but I'm not certain I can spare any of the latter yet.

Any lock place, there's nothing special about them :) If I get a chance I'll measure the ones on mine.

I have some spares - they are the same size as the Sega ones - the lock under the CP is the only odd one.

I assume you need cashbox, PCB door & CP lock?

Yes please, At the moment they have not a one  PM me with your paypal details or BT and let me know how much to send :) Assuming they'll fit a Pony25 ok that is, Oh another question while I had you at barrel locks :awe: I've found a place that can sand blast and powder coat, How do you make sure they don't block the thread holes if some pony panels have them ?

The last place I used fitted small rubber cones into the threads as I pointed out where they were & that I didn't want them blocking.

previously Ive put rolled up masking tape into the holes post sand-blasting.

Nice project for the long weekend :D Needless to say it arrived in a courier van without a tail lift and just the one driver :o I had to tell the driver how to unload it without smashing it to bits  Needless to say I did most of the heavy lifting and organizing said unloading, I built up some empty pallets to cover the foot or so drop from the side door (yes side door as back was blocked :problem: ) Anywho all went well and used the handy sack barrow to get the cab from the road to the house.
The monitor is out of a Madonna cab as the original one had a fault when moshpit got the cab, So he replaced it with that, Which according to Hard Candy is a Nanao MS8-25FAR, 25 in, 15/24 kHz ( I haven't looked yet) :awe:

I haven't fired it up yet as there are some disconnected jamma wires that I thought I ask about first :eh: Pic below:
Image

Over all not bad shape, Needs completely stripping down and sand blasting and then powder coating, I may well go with ninja black 8-)
Image
CP is pretty clean don't know how to remove it yet ? :
Image
Sides have normal scrapes:
Image
Nice to see it still has the original loose kick stand, Which will just need fully removing with a paint scraper or something cleaning and then sticking with floor glue or some such adhesive:
Image
The top thing:

So does anyone know what the extra wires are on the jamma connector ? Before I power(blow it up) it up :shifty: and how do I remove the CP ?
Thanks :)

Nothing important looks disconnected - I bet those are the kick buttons.

Unlock the panel underneath the CP, and push the lever you find inside to release it.

I'd recommend replacing the kick rubber altogether - it's a painted/dyed plastic type, so you'd need to clean it, spray it, then refix it...

You can stick 'em in some kind of rotating chuck (a lathe or a secured drill) and use emery / wet or dry and scotch bright.
I'd personally buy some nice shiny stainless ones!
