This so has to happen. I like the look of Tatsunoko Vs (so do the Japanese, No 1 at the AM show) but I don't know most of the characters.

I hope it comes out. Would love to see it and hope they include the fantastic four and some other good old marvel characters. I would hope that they put in authentic backgrounds from the comics for the marvel side. I hated the backgrounds (and music) in MVC2 and much prefered the first one. I would love to just see it in 2d high definition. Capcom are really the only company who have got the marvel characters looking as they should.

Just watched some clips of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom and the artwork looks excellent. I would be happy if MVC3 came out and looked like it. What hardware is Tatsunoko vs. Capcom on?

We think dedicated JVS hardware, which is very odd with SFIV on TX2. Less powerful, in fact I don't think its even HD, but it looks really nice in its own right doesn't it.

Being ported to Wii of all consoles.

Personally I'll always have a bit of a grudge toward the Marvel/Capcom combination due to it all (probably) starting out with the question "we have a **** of old sprites, how do we make a new game with minimal effort?" If there's a versus fighter I'd really like to see it'd have to be a Marvel vs DC game, as long as Midway isn't let anywhere near the development that is!

Characters i want from Capcom

Dante from Devil May Cry, More Warzard characters, Viewtiful joe, Okami wolf, Makoto Urien Hugo Remy Sean Yun yang Q and Oro from SF3, Felicia Lei lei/hsien Ko bishmon Jedah from Vamp saviour, Arthur and red arimer from Ghouls and-Universe, breath of fire 3 and 4 characters. Jin from Cyberbots, Cammy R mika fei long Adon gen and karin from SFA3. Rival school characters would be great, Lost world soilder captain commando, battle circuit Would be great there characters would be nice and mad to go off against some of the more unusual Marvel boys.
Onimusha dude (any would be good really) Megaman exe, Striden.H and then there is the given characters like Ryu ken akuma.

Im thinking of ones which have not been used yet. Punisher, NightCrawler gawd im all out since i ploughed my brain for capcom stuff. I personally hate the fantastic 4 though.

Although the name is a bit misleading, I think it´s just wrong to compare the Capcom vs. SNK games with the other VS titles. When someone mentiones the VS series, I think about the stupid hyperjumping superhero airchain vs, erm, shooters. And CvS has nothing to do with this. Make no mistake.

By the time the Chavs have gotten round to doing anything, all the Emos will have slit their own wrists anyway. Chavs win by default.

And if Capcom do grace us with MvC3, it best be 2D hand drawn sprites. All this 3D is lovely and all that, but KoFXII looks the absolute ****. I also think 2D sprites fit the whole comic book thing much better than 3D would.
