What size are the standard holes for the joystick in Japanese panels? 24 mm?

24mm seems to be the normal size.

My Naomi panels are 24mm but I cut mine 20mm.

all mine (all Sega) are all 24mm as the start buttons fit in them :)

Thanks. I had a crazy thought for a minute to have 30 mm, as my TurboTwist spinner would fit perfectly then. Most Sanwa/Seimitsu dust washers would cover a 30 mm hole anyway, right? I'm gonna go with 24 mm I guess if I have to drill 'em myself. :awe:

Just FYI the TT2 spinner mounts in a standard happ style 1 1/8" (28.575mm) hole but It will squeeze in a 28mm hole. Obv 30mm will be fine too but just thought I post if it helps at all.

Thanks. I've just had it mounted (for testing) in my EGRET II panel once. I guess those holes are 30 mm.

Japanese joystick holes are 24mm so they only need 24mm and 30mm plugs to cover whatever holes they want to have covered : )

yup...24mm....at least on sega panels.....on one of my vert cabs i have all the 2nd player holes plugged accept the joystick hole which i use as a coin button :awe:

fits a 24mm button perfectly
