Blast City repro panel - joystick screw sets?

Been a while since I posted. I ended up getting a really nice 2P16B custom panel for the Blast. I just got new sticks and buttons in but realize I forgot to seek out mounting screws/nuts.

So I have P1 getting all Sanwa parts and P2 getting all Seimitsu parts.
P1 stick = Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT-SK
P2 stick = Seimitsu LS-32-10 (with SE plate, not SS)

**It looks like the Sanwa will mount perfectly as-is, but I am surprised that the Seimitsu looks it will ALSO fit as well with just some mounting screws and nuts.

Question 1: Do I need a SS mounting plate for the Seimitsu regardless, because I am forgetting a factor to consider (stick height/clearance, etc)?
Question 2. To secure either or both sticks, what type of nuts and screw sets do I need? I see Focus Attack has a product called "M4x10mm Screw and Nut (Set of 4)" Would ordering one set for each stick be all I need?
