45mm Seimitsu/Sanwa Balltops

Anyone ever use these? Are they a gimmick? Been curious if they might give me less hand cramps than the standard size in long sessions.

I've got 30mm on one cocktail and it's pretty nice. Larger might be a bit of a novelty.
