Sega Monkey Ball Panel @NetCity

Post by Arcanoid »

Hi folks,

Perhaps someone can help.
I want to use a Sega Monkey Ball Panel in my NetCity Cab and just connected it to the lower right molex port which should be the correct one.
But in Game control is not possible and also int the test mode I only see flickering caracters at the value places.
Game boots Fine … from NetBoot / Rasperry.

Any ideas?

Not sure what you’re referring to with lower right molex, but are you connecting to your JVS IO using the analogue input?

Lower left is the correct connector for 1p analog controls.

Here's mine:

My NetCity look different here.
For some reason it is a 10 pin AMP connector connected to the panel.

The lower left socket is a bit to small for the connector because it is a 8 pin socket.
Hmmm,

The 10-pin male connector you have in your picture is for the kick harness and it goes in to the 15-pin female connector on the right.

Check the pinout on the wiki:

Yes that ist right. The connector on the pictures is from the 2P12B panel which is currently installed…..
