Wiki discussion thread?

Would a discussion thread for the wiki be useful? I would like to make some additions to the SEGA NAOMI section,

For instance, add Radirgy Noa and include info that it does NOT run on the US BIOS, or start documenting how many buttons various games use. However, I don't feel like I have been around long enough to go making changes like that without asking first.
