Dandy Sephy's setup

Post by DandySephy »

Finally posting some shots

Games Media room is starting to come together finally. I was going to paint it this week and fill the old holes in the walls, but decided to get more organized first as I'm always changing things. Instead I concentrated on refurbishing the base of my Naomi. Due to it's design I can do the remaining parts as and when it suits, without having to disassemble the entire thing :) Sega ftw

Image
Listening to some music via PLEX on the Mac Mini. Stand needs some organising (like getting rid of that keyboard with something smaller and with a trackpad). Cabinet is fitted with a Ps2 in the cashbox and a Dreamcast for playing some of the vert shooters that I don't own boards for- Mushihimesama for example. Cab is fitted with the panel from my impress while I await Andy getting some Net City's in and I get some new sticks for it.

Image
Fave shooter at the moment - Donpachi :) But can I do stage 2 without losing more then one life? Can I ****....

Image
Lot's of games/hardware for the cab (and some non ps3/non cab friendly 360 as the cab on the other wall is in the way of my shelves :lol)

Image
Capcom Impress (from Spectre) fitted with a 16button Astro City Panel (from penrhos) - means I can run MVS and "Capcom" format without changing wires between the two :) Running KOF2000, with a color copy of the marque (which handily is originally A4 :) ) so I don't ruin my mint condition kit. Need to go to a copy place to get a shockbox cover printed

Three of the ****, and they all get used very little  Still, once I buy a new 360 vga cable, I'll be able to play raiden IV properly :awe: Although with a Sanwa modded madcatz SFIV stick for now... :o

Oh, and it's my parents house, so the holes and lack of new paint isn't a major issue

Geometry "innit" :o

Well, actually the geometry isn't too bad on that one, Vertical geometry is a bit easier I'm sure you'll agree. It is a issue of right size=slightly off, just not as bad as the Impress. Liveable. Also, the monitor was set up to Great Mahou Daisakusen/Dimahoo, the size for donpachi was just a quick adjust.

Actually, my Dimahoo apparently belonged to you originally, so it's got your geometry aids

Is it a 360 per region?

Looks like a pretty game intensive set up, nice!
