Re: Let's see those New Astro Citys!
Being ex arcade it was absolutely filthy although overall it was in really nice shape so it needed a dam good clean but TBH not much more.
The control panel that came with the cab was licenced so I bought an official Sega panel and fitted it with new buttons and sticks. It was missing the manual, marquee holder, two of the 5830 locks and the keys. I'm still looking for one 5380 key but other than that I've managed to pick up what was missing over the past year or so

Photobucket is really not doing well lately. This thread already looks like its years old with missing pics.

I agree. Some great pics so far. Let's keep them coming and what games you currently have in them. I just replaced Ibara with Progear. So fun!Flinnster wrote:I would not complain. They are a lovely design tooChempop wrote:[edit] mines an original Astro![]()

I think the original Astro is the most ascetically pleasing of the 3 models, although the speaker boxes on my NAC are quite handy for displaying cute tat

I agree about the aesthetics of the original Astro, I have 2! But the sound on them isn't great. Will get a pic up of mine later.

I also like the looks of the original astro most.
It's one of my favorites but I'll admit its steep learning curve.
How'd you like Ibara? It used to be popular around here, but I suspect it more had to do with the panty shots over the actual gameplay.Cell247 wrote:I just replaced Ibara with Progear. So fun!
