Does anyone own a Neo Geo MV25TA-O ? ? ?

Post by Akuma »

Does anyone own this one? Or does anyone know anyone who owns this? Or does anyone know anyone who knows someone who used to own one?

I think this looks cooler than the Aero Table :awe:

Yeah, I also thought of a photocopier. Sadly, the screen angle is fixed - it would be so much cooler if it would remain flat and move up motorized when you put a coin in it. Run out of coins and get a game over, it would move down to be flat again : )

Anyway, pictures of this machine are nowhere to be found - sadly!

that looks like it would be incredibly uncomfortable to play at....its too wide to put your legs around to the sides and there is no space to the front....you would have to hunch like a mofo on it

I suppose if you were 4ft tall it would be a good stand-up cocktail....maybe it's just for the kiddies

might be a stupid question, but why do you think playing this cab is more uncomfortable than he Aero Table or any other cocktail cab?

the aero table, like most tables that are meant to be sat at, has space for your legs directly underneath so you can comfortably sit at it

this neogeo cocktail doesnt have that.....by scale that CP looks to stick out about 8 inches.....the rest of the cab is flat and square.....so to sit at it you have nowhere for your legs to go.....and as i said before, it looks to wide to have your legs going off to the side...

so even if you sat with your legs touching the front of it right in front of you, you would be a few feet back depending on height, and would then have to lean in a LOT to get in a comfortable viewing angle....

im 6ft2in tall.....i can guarantee i couldnt play at that cab for 5 mins without my back getting **** off

Only because nobody has it or that it's rare doesn't make it nice, it's hideous! It has nothing to do with a Candy cab or cocktail and I'm not really surprised that it's extemely hard to find someone who actually owns this ;)

I like it - not because it's rare but because I think it looks cool! 8-)

Actually I think it needs a ramp on the side for bmx tricks and a place in a dull room next to another hideous cab from SNK ;)

Well actually I didn't and also Akihabara noticed that in every topic regardless what it's about, you find the need to refer to my cab with the neon and a hell of a lot consoles inside. The console thing was a prestige thing and I wanted to see how many I could fit in a cab with everything working and all. Got that working and it's not even like that anymore at the moment, but I'm allways switching and tweaking and so on and so forth. The neon thing is a matter of taste, I like it, you don't nothing wrong with that, I do respect everybody. But if you keep referring to my cab in like I said every other topic I have a comment on, well yeah then the joke kinda wears of. See I like your Atomiswave cabs, but I detest the Neo woody you have and really it's utterly hideous, but do I refer to that ugly thing on every topic you post on? NO! So if you want to joke around no prob, I'll laugh, but come up with some new material, or start playing your cabs more then to waste your time giving cheesy comments on the forum.

console cramming aside, the blue LED's are a bit much tbh

its a candy cab, not a civic ;)

just my 2 cents.....

and why make fun of kern's mvs cab? im sure it gets enough flack from kern's atomiswave cabs...always looking down on it and stuff...calling it names....it just wants to play games ;)

I never made fun of Kern's cab, I'm telling the truth and I started doing so after Kernow flamed mine about a dozen times. So if you want to be subjective, fine by me, so if we can back on topic again, you'll be busy holding hands playing Kern's MVS beauty anyways ;)

So is there anyone on this planet who dare to admit he owns this cab or whatever it is :)

I think you too need to drink a beer together and get over this picking on each other...

To get back to topic - No one seems to have seen this MVS cocktail in real life, eh? So no one knows if any more pics exist?

i was just being silly....my comment about kerns mvs was a joke as i was talking about his nicer cabs making fun of it....cabs dont talk.....its funny.... :?

dont mind me

your cab is nice...but a lot of members here are purists when it comes to this stuff....and you altered a candy.....its simply a matter or taste...to each there own.....dont let peoples comments bother you.....especially on the interweb :D
