MS9-29 turns on then off

I tried my other MS9-29 chassis that is reflowed and various caps changed but for some reason it seems to be hitting circuit protect mode?

Any help would be appreciated, it is not the cab psu or the wiring, I'm trying this with my Blast harness

are you getting a squeal or ticking?

Ticking. Like it will try and start and sound normal like a tube turning on and I can hear something for a moment and then it ticks when i try and get it working again.

read Q506 and check C501,also inspect u401
