Pinout for a Sega Model # 838-10018 Amp.
Can any one help me with the pinout for this amp and if it needs a transformer? Thanks,

Bump, I have this one too. Did you ever find out? I can't understand why it is marked both with A/C and +12V and I'm afraid of breaking it.

What are you guys talking about?
The board is labeled on the silkscreen.
CN1 - 12 V AC input (I'm using a JAMMA adapter on my VF1 and run 12 V DC into here, pin 1 = +12 V and pin 3 = GROUND)
CN2 - 12 V DC input (Mine is not connected, but I would assume I could have run the 12 V DC here as well)
CN3 - Volume Pot connection (Mine is wired : pin 1 = one side of 5k pot, pin 3 = center of 5k pot, pin 4 & pin 5 shorted together, pin 7 = other side of 5k pot)
CN4 - Speaker connections, Left & Right, Positive and Negative for each
J1 is the only other connector on the board. It is Left and Right audio input in the form of RCA connectors (also labeled on the silkscreen).

Mine does not label in and out anywhere on the silkscreen, and it's very confusing to have both an AC and a 12V on the board, I didn't want to supply both and possibly break something. But thanks for breaking it down, I'll be able to finish my test rig this way.
