Hi
I m looking for a solution about the VGA to 15 khz problem.
building a mame configuration cost some time more than PCB.
i have to buy PSU,CPU,RAM and MB.
ArcadeVGA is too expansive, almost 90USD for a crap GPU with only the bios modified⇒NG
Soft15 khz, as it says, a soft and configuring it **** me off. also, the PC still boot in 31 khz⇒NG
Are there any tutorial or whatever to flash a standard Radeon or Geforce card?
Thanks
Are there other alternative to ArcadeVGA and Soft 15khz?

You can flash Radeon 7000 (AVGA1) and 9x00 (AVGA2) series cards. There are guides about which provide instructions for doing so.
