Erzane did not ask for an insurance, the only one we have is 23 E per kilos, but Erzane must complain to his post office also like me...
Or he can also resend me the parcel an then I will refund him when I ´ ll get it.

In the UK the sender makes the insurance claim, perhaps it’s different in France but I’m not sure why you’re telling him to complain to the Post Office when it wasn’t insured anyway.

The marketplace rules state:
Shipping insurance is presumed to be included unless stated otherwise. If you're not prepared to cover lost or damaged items yourself, give your buyer the option of paying the extra for an insured service. If the buyer chooses not to pay insurance or requests a low customs declaration, it is at the buyer's risk of loss or damage.
If you didn’t specifically offer erzane the option to pay for insurance then you should cover the cost of a full refund including return shipping or send a replacement.

Ok but in France, both makes the insurance claim ( buyer and seller ), that's what they tell me
In france all the " Collisimo" are insured for 23 E per kilo, if the buyer want an extra insurance, he should ask me to put it ( 2 or 3 E extra ).
But you need to put the exact amount on the parcel and the custom declaration to have a refund base on the valie of your good.
Erzane complained because I put the exact amount ( 70 E ) on the parcel and he paid 20 E at the custom office
He did not ask me to put a dummy invoice, why you should I put it ?
I am honest, why I will cheat on the custom service...

SuperPang, please check the PM between Erzane and me and you will see.

Anyway, Erzane, tell me if you have pics of the parcel and tell me if it has been damaged ?
Then i will open a claim at the post office if it ´s not to late
At the same time, send me the header back and then I will refund you...

Our rules state you should give your buyer the option to pay the extra insurance. If they choose not to, then it's their problem if it's lost/damaged. If you don't give the option, it's assumed to be included and so it's your problem. Obviously if they pay by Paypal goods they can claim regardless so pricing your items with tracked and insured shipping is advised.

Thank you for offering a refund, that's all I ask. I have PM'd erzane.

As for the customs charge, you did the right thing there. He should've asked if he wanted a low value declared and that would've been at his own risk. Again, this is made clear in the rules.

WOW ! I feel sorry for you man, this is really bad... His nickname reminds me someone's friend (GION aka Guillaume ****) who scammed me back in the day with a faulty Guwange PCB when I started to buy arcade stuff...

Mhm, cannot believe Neocps1 has done such things. He is famous for developing and pushing cps1 and cps2 converting and fixing games and codes. And I never had problems with him

Believe it or not, I sent the pcbs to him, I have the tracking and all the emails as proof.
Maybe he plays on his fame, but on neo arcadia many have suffered scams.
he has earned over 1000 euros with this scam.

2 months do not make you feel you do not respond to emails. and then you tell me that you sent my games worth 1000 euros without tracking and without insurance

Send me the shipping proof tracking or other, we were not born yesterday, I work for the police in my country I was not born yesterday.

I will provide a complaint to the postal tomorrow.

in a few months or a year we'll see my pcbs for sale, right?

The problem is not the repairs nor the money is the games that you stole from me
you do not even have my return address, you're ridiculous
remember that online complaints have European significance there will be repercussions.
Now it is clear that you do not want to return.
