It was from B&Q - they had it on offer at £8.50 a box (2.50 sq/m coverage per box) the room took 6 boxes I also needed 2 packs of 6mm laminate underlay £21 each and a door strip.charlie chong wrote:How much does that cheap laminate flooring cost ?? .. im still fighting moth larvae in my carpet even after steam cleaning and hunting them down everyday
I have laminated wooden flooring in the kitchen. The Naomi Mini sits on a cut off piece of carpet to match the width & depth of the base of the unit exactly, so that way you cannot see it. The biggest advantage being that you can simply slide the heavy unit around the floor without damaging your back or the flooring. Not sure you could achieve the same thing with the castors on the Naomi SD, but the other units would be ok!gargoyle67 wrote:Got my cab sitting on some m8, You just have to be careful with the wheels marking them when moving the cabs, I use a bit of hardboard for that and then pull it out when there in situé
Looking good so far pen
Go back to B&Q and check out their range of wall heaters. I have precisely the same issue, but I suspect even less insulation in mine and colder because I am further north & west.penrhos wrote:No heat at the moment...
I'm fitting a small wall mounted heater...& I have a fan heater I was using when it got realy cold.
TBH once the cabs have been on for an hour or so it soon warms up.
