Well the package as just come in the post via royal mail which was packed like **** and the board is a bootleg and it doesn't even work!

So let me get this right, he sold this crap as a genuine working board and said he was also sending a second (faulty) to make up for the delay. You received two broken bootlegs?

I've sent him a PM.
Having said that, a marketplace ban for 3 negatives sounds like a good rule.
