Is there a site that compares re-masters etc? I'm shopping for a copy of 3 Feet High & Rising, but I don't know which pressing to get... :think:

Cheers, I went with the 2002 RE on 2xLP by Tommy Boy rather than the 2013 by Rhino/Tommy Boy. I've read somewhere that pre-2011 records generally has been more carefully pressed than later, at least when it comes to bigger releases.

I'm buried in a **** ton of awesome new box sets at the moment; Zeppelin at the BBC, Bowie, Vulnicura Live, Pixies and the SE Radiohead all out within 2 weeks :crazy:

So this thing is actually legit? Would you mind showing the gatefold and back cover, too?

Also any thoughts on the new Pixies album? I heard it's not so hot after all.

New Pixies album is hit and miss but better than Indie Cindy IMO. They've gone back to their roots in some ways but it lacks the raw energy of the early stuff.

Apparently the soundtrack to the famous Anime film Akira is being re-released soon on Vinyl.

It's not listed anywhere, but if any of you guys see it, when it does get listed could you post in this thread?
