I have a couple of beasts a 1995 Impreza Type RA Lightweight 300HP and car only just weighs a ton, so is a bit nippy

Other is a 1998 3.0 Litre Twin Turbo Supra VVTI version think running about 430HP and 451 lb torque also has progressive nos kit.

Great fun if you can keep it in a straight line

if anyone goes to the sprints at elvington, you will see them both there this year.

Car did really well this year, winning overall, the last two rounds of the ScoobySprint Championship.

Roll on 2010. :D
My WRX feels sad now :-( although I do have 380bhp in the BMW its great in straight lines, less great in corners.

Tell me more about your scooby, got any more pictures ?
Hi mate,
Missed this thread for a few months.... too busy worrying about arcade cabs!

If you bought the edition of Redline I mentioned you would be able to read the entire history on the car. It is also the cover car for this months TOTAL IMPREZA. 8-)

I am currently looking at having a new engine built for this year, which sounds a bit crazy as the sprint season is due to start again shortly. I doubt I will get any serious sprinting done this year if the engine build goes ahead. My initial plans are for 800bhp!

First off is a promo video of the ScoobySprint Championship series from last year, with me being interviewed and a bit about the car. Can you spot my major mistake when talking about the car! lol
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6vJz-rEIn8

Secondly a video of a sprint run of me and the car.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnvRQ9GgKZ8

Thirdly a lap of me and the car around Snetterton at a public track day last year.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubvyDqOUR5M

Last of the video clips is the car on the dyno making 485bhp at the HUBS!!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ivpXz1h ... re=related

Anyway.... here are some pictures of it being used as it was built for during last years sprint season! ;)

Slight change of plans over the winter. In order to race in Vintage Mod class this year the Rb is on hold till next season for gt2 class. Back in with the fresh f54/p79 L28. Triple weber 45's running a old school HkS surge tank with a gt35r pushing 13psi threw the carbies. FUN TIMES. HP went down to 364 and 340 trq. Much more manageable on the street and can fly threw corners with my foot down without worry about going sideways.

Whoa! You mean a 2010 Dodge Challenger? From these guys? -> http://www.americancarimports.com/stock ... ufacturer2"

If so, let me know how it is. Fuel consumption, handling etc.
I'll be looking at Dodge Chargers (Hemi), as I'll need 4 doors.
