Fluorescent tube is a T8 (imperial)/T26 (metric). It's 435mm from end cap to end cap.

Yeah I can't get any where near that price, 3 week wait £200 to £250 (depending on how hard it is to remove original coat) acid dip\sand blast & powder coat
I doubt I could even get a normal strip and spray for your price Pen !
