@SuperPang It's unfair you're taking sides without knowing, there's never been a peaceful discussion with this person, he has my personal phone number, and by message he told me after receiving the game: the game doesn't work how do we get the refund. I sent him a functional game, so it's normal for me to ask him to do a few checks, a few explanations. He told me that you'd have to be color-blind not to realize there was a problem, and that he wanted to send the game back, and that was that. That's how the discussion started. I sent him two messages afterwards and he never replied until today. So what do I do? I stay blocked until the day he wants to talk???SuperPang wrote: April 11th, 2025, 6:00 pm Posts from this thread moved here.

And I should add that, after sending me a message to tell me there was a problem, he went straight away to post messages complaining about my ads, and in the process he wrote to me again to tell me that if I didn't get back into the game, he'd go and complain about the ads, even though he'd already done so briefly.
That's how the discussion started. So now if you think you've got the truth, ban me or don't. But I repeat, I've been on the forums since 2009 and I've never had a problem. Everything could have been settled properly if I had dealt with someone else. I don't want to waste any more time talking about him, thank you.

Re: The dispute resolution thread
How am I taking sides? I'm just following the same procedure I do with every dispute, as per the forum rules. If an item arrives and doesn't work properly, the seller should arrange a return and refund, or arrange a repair and pay for it. It sucks, but these things happen.kakashi06 wrote: April 15th, 2025, 11:06 am @SuperPang It's unfair you're taking sides without knowing
That's what this thread is for, to help resolve these issues.kakashi06 wrote: April 15th, 2025, 11:06 am So what do I do? I stay blocked until the day he wants to talk???

Re: The dispute resolution thread
Hello
I was always calm, I can prove it, with the text messages.
But this is a bit too personnal to send on a forum.
I indeed have the address, phone number, and bank account information of the seller.
I never broadcast any personnal information to anyone.
I paid the higher price for this item, and when I tested it, I immediately noticed the colour problem.
I texted it to the seller immediately.
You don't wait several days before signaling an issue ??
Then I did many tests with different PCBs ( I have more than 10 cave SH3 boards, and lots of others), my NAC cabinet is well tuned ( I have a broken potentiometer on the chassis causing waves about the geometry, but that has nothing to do with colour).
I took many pictures and send them to the seller.
Asking for a return.
A common friend even came to see the problem for himself, and agreed there is a problem with the green colour.
The same described here :
https://blog.system11.org/?p=355
https://www.rep-arcade.com/2018/12/mush ... -cave.html
or
https://jammarcade.net/cave-cv1000/
I always requested a return and refund.
The seller always said no.
And when I warn the potential buyers that this seller don't accept return/refund he said I'm "an energetic person" or too excited, not calm....
Which is not the case.
You can ask the people on this forum whom sold me PCB (system11 and rozion), I was always calm and argumented...

For what it's worth, @system11 could probably fix this issue for you. It sounds like you've dealt with him before too.guy wrote: April 17th, 2025, 3:18 pm Hello

Would getting reimbursed for the cost of a clean repair be a satisfactory solution for you?
