I'm not a monitor tech, but I was under the impression that the Rodotron 666a was just a re-badged Wei-Ya C3129 (dunno which suffix - think it's a C3129A, but don't quote me on it). My Suzo-Happ Makvision 29" is (not so) secretly a Wei-Ya C3129D under the hood, too.kernow wrote:Well, I'm either going to have my whistling/breaking up chassis looked at by craig, or buy a new replacement. Does anyone know where I can get a direct new replacement thats the same model, (I stupidly sold my spare one off about a year ago), or will the £135 rodotron666's fit that are on the giz10p site?![]()
Also, from what I understand, the letters at the end signify the type of screen (so "D" is the pure flat one, rather than curved). I'll let the boys in the know tell you what that means in terms of geometry problems or no...
EDIT: I just realised you wrote 3192, not 3129 - hopefully that's just a typo, else ignore my post.
