Might be someone who had a kit years ago, sold it without the poster because they couldn't find it, then dug the poster out years later. Wouldn't surprise me. Happened to me a few weeks ago with a breadmaker I sold, I found most of the accessories a few days ago in a unexpected place but I had already sold the unit and couldn't contact the buyer.

Looking at the bid history for the poster, seems like it was not a proxy buyer.
