These are similar to PS3's EBOOT.BIN, but cannot be decrypted by PS3's decrypt tool.
When I try the decrypt tool for DEX, it says "completed", but it is not actually decrypted.
Does anyone know how to decrypt EBOOT.BIN for these games?
