Yeah, suspicious is one was of putting it. Same seller's Mushihimesama: https://www.fromjapan.co.jp/japan/en/au ... 1103502909

Just beyond implausible. Not even trying.

I dunno Joe...after this, I wouldn't be surprised if they're genuine purchases by ignorant newcomers:

They seem to have a few. I bought one from them a couple of months ago. Who adds £1600 for art? I dunno Zak. Some YHA prices prices are still decent, whereas some are just unbelievable.

I might be willing to accept one of those two absurdly overpriced CAVE auctions was due to "ignorant newcomers", but not two, and not from the same seller. Something shady definitely happened there. Both prices are basically double what they normally would be (in Mushi's case, closer to triple).

People are likely buying at these prices because of the exchange rates, plus getting carried away with bid wars.

Remember that USD to JPY hit 146.

Whether it's real or not, I still find it funny how EOJ and Tops PCBs sold within 24 hours after those auctions ended :awe:

Conspiracy theory!!!

Several times their auctions end cheap.
Many times not: they have so many followers.

If they shill bid and win the auction, they are going to pay 10% to yahoo everytime or getting a negative feedback.

Very detailed documentation.

I am not trying to say they are not bidding on their item for certain BUT if people bids MORE than their supposed shill biddings, they still pay for it.

I have never seen PCBs from yugen aka beep being relisted.
