My gaming TV up until the age of about 16 was this 14" Hitachi. I had a Saturn hooked up to one of these with the RF adapter and it still felt like the best thing since sliced cheese.

Re: Items spotted on eBay
Came with just a Scart cable originally, which was pretty unusual. I had to go back to the shop and pay another 25 quid.kernow wrote: May 11th, 2023, 2:22 pm Can't remember if the RF came with the saturn or not, or was sold separately - I seem to remember 'no video cable in box'

Re: Items spotted on eBay
I bought the second model in '97 and it came with an RGB SCART cable. Still use it. But! My Saturn and PS1 are not usually hooked up to a CRT.

We should use that when we've been royally ripped off.

Looks like it’s Intel Pentium III based hardware, used only for that game.ChrisBEANS wrote: May 27th, 2023, 9:33 pm What even is this? Some sort of Taito X system, or just straight up PC emulator??

Re: Items spotted on eBay
So much wrong with that auction.
Where is the io? How is he controlling it?
This will also play like crap on anything other than the original AMD athlon @2.7ghz
The X2 version plays way too fast and is a total glitch fest.
Zero feedback...what could go wrong?

Looks like some random computer with DSII installed on a CF card. Likely uses jvsconfig, so you could play it with a USB controller.

Certainly not, I love it!!
I’ve looked at buying your other, but at this point I’m just hoarding CRTs…

Re: Items spotted on eBay
Might be worth putting it up for auction though if they’re fetching so much!!
