Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread
So I've got some MVS kits that I'm not playing and really only ever had as part of a collection, so I'm planning on selling. I have others that I do play and have no intention of parting with.
The kits I want to sell though are pretty unusual to see in kit form -these are real 'collector' quality condition. I can't see them being sold as kits in the recent past, just bare carts. So I'm curious what sort of price would feel reasonable for some of these early titles as mint kits:
- Cyber Lip
- Nam 1975
- Super Spy
- Alpha Mission II
- Last Resort
Opinions on these are also welcome, full kits.

Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread
There was one auction listing in ebay recently that sold as untested but the board looked good for £172.
There is currently one listing with buy it now at £540 and description says that there is some fuzziness in sprites. This one has been up for at least a month so not flying off the shelf with that price.
I think it is a great game but not over £500 great for me personally. I would probably offer around £250 for it.

I had one years ago and found it difficult to sell. It's a "collector on a budget" game.Monstermug wrote: December 15th, 2021, 11:39 amIt cost me £50 in lost revenue just to post this reply![]()

Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread
It's an amazingly fun game. One of my top 20 games to play. Only two games I know you can double jump in. This and Charlie's Ninja. Now that's another £50 in loss revenuecools wrote: December 15th, 2021, 12:41 pmI had one years ago and found it difficult to sell. Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread
Hiya! I've been wondering on the prices for a few MVS carts the past few days, thought i'd ask here for a more informed opinion, i imagine it's fine asking itt?
Money puzzle/idol exchanger (i think i saw one on ebay for like 280 the other day? AES is a bit cheaper)
Windjammers
Viewpoint (this one's probably gone way up)
Other than that, what are futari 1.5 and espgaluda II boards going for these days (besides ebay scalp rates)? If you can find one anyway..

Re: You've Got Grail! The Valuation Thread
The AES Money Puzzles on ebay are conversions. The game title makes no real difference to value and one can be had for nearer £100 from YHA or AliExpress. I've no idea what an original AES MPE costs but I'm guessing lots.ARKHEA wrote: December 17th, 2021, 12:56 am Hiya! I bought a loose MPE MVS cart with a tatty label on this forum recently for about £220. A very nice full kit went on YHA last week for 60,600 JPY.
View Point, I'd say high 200s. Been a few on ebay over the year. I've been trying to buy one at an unrealistic ~£200 but keep getting outbid.
