Any input on this one? I'd say the Eeproms and stickers are fake. Never seen that kind of sticker on a Capcom board. Plus they are so white after almost 30 years my eyes are bleeding

I'm new to this hobby. I have no idea what that means.
That means the first and huger board at the bottom (mother board, called A-board), with a Jamma connector, is a newer revision coming with Street Fighter II and later CPS-1 games. The Xtal (crystal) is 12 MHz instead of 10 MHz.

Thank you!
Anyone have opinions on the nature of this CPS1.5 Punisher game? It came without the plastic case for one thing.

legit , has original mask roms etc i have seen different rom arrangement but presume that may be region specific , there is nothing definitive out there on it but quiet a few cps1.5 boards no longer or don't have a case for whatever reason.
<trk>:I remember catching a big fat one and my friend said "throw it back in, that one already tastes like wood"
A good reason to peel a CPSQ game out would be the casing fan getting faulty and being unable to source a replacement. If that board was meant to run naked from factory, the C board would have black insulation foam glued to it and the battery, to prevent an accidental short and deletion of encryption data. The board likely was stripped down by one of it's previous owners.

Also thanks. Now I know what the foam is and why it's missing from desuicided boards.
New to this hobby and I love the learning.

It is, or bits of it are. Suicide has been removed and/or it's been re-regioned. I think it's had corrosion issues affecting a row of sockets, so someone has removed the sockets and soldered the ROMs in directly but the legs are still a bit scabby.
It'd have to be -very- cheap, does it actually work?
