Re: Obsessive TV Watching =)
Oh I’d forgotten all about that. S1 finished off quite nicely, dunno if I’d stay with a long term series.

I rewatched S1 in preparation and it’s even better the second time round when you know all the secrets. Really enjoyed S2 E1. Love the way Evan Rachel Wood has adjusted her performance. Also, Park 6!?!

Re: Obsessive TV Watching =)
Yeah the brief synopsis at the start reminded me how good it was and made me regret not re-watching.

To say many of us here are 80's kids.... Why no talk of Cobra Kai?! It's great! It's got added comedy elements in it, that I have to slightly warn you about.. But it's really well done. Absolute binge watch. Word of warning... The trailer gives too much away and I don't mean the story. Best not to watch the trailer.

Just watched the 2 available EPs of Who is America.... Haven't cringed like that since The Office. Compulsive viewing.

Couldn't care less about 99.99999999% of what's on TV nowadays. Watched Blue Planet 2, before that... can't remember - Breaking Bad?skykappah wrote:Just watched the 2 available EPs of Who is America.... Haven't cringed like that since The Office. Compulsive viewing.
New SBC show, after all his interim stuff? GIMME.
It's brilliant. Can't wait to see the rest of the bombs dropping.

Ahh, I’ve heard a few mentions about a new Sacha Baron Cohen thing. I’ve not been interested in his last couple of films but that does sound good, Skykappah.
I got rid of the Sky box, disconnected the aerial cable and stopped paying my TV licence last year. Tbh I’m sad (and a bit embarrassed) about it but the boys and I pretty much only ever watch the odd thing on YouTube. I have Netflix but haven’t watched that for months either.
I’m the same. Last thing was Better Call Saul.cools wrote:Couldn't care less about 99.99999999% of what's on TV nowadays. Watched Blue Planet 2, before that... can't remember - Breaking Bad?

Re: Obsessive TV Watching =)
Yeah I'm not too fond of SBC's films either other than Borat, even then it's not really one I can watch repeatedly...
Who is America is different to Ali G like one reviewer put it, this time the show more relies on the interviewees making fools of themselves. And boy... Don't they just!
So much so, one of them who is a law maker and republican rep, had to quit his job. This show making sensational headlines unlike his past shows.
Hope I don't oversell it but the things that go on in WiA is shocking and unbelievable.

Currently watching it. I like the inclusion of an audiophile. They don't really shy away from flashbacks though, do they?

You're all watching Tenacious D's Post-Apocalypto, right?
It's on Youtube. And it's NSFW.

I shared the first episode on Facebook. I do not dare to share the other episodes, because of all the explicit imagery.LEGENOARYNINLIA wrote: October 21st, 2018, 8:07 pm You're all watching Tenacious D's Post-Apocalypto, right?
