I watched the 1st season of the exorcist and found it really meh, the 2nd season is a thousand times better than the first one and a good watch so far.
I sorta agree and liked the note it ended on in season one. I haven't started season two yet, still waiting for other shows to end.

Anyone watching the Christmas 3 part League of Gents special?

It's pretty good so far, not great, I just like seeing the characters again.

Black Mirror, great as always. "Hang the DJ" was my personal favourite.

More importantly though, "The End of the F***ing World" is on Netflix. Eight 20 minute episodes make it perfect for the TV binge generation, fast paced and lean. Every line perfect. Possibly the single best series of television I've ever seen. I've lost sleep over this. Don't watch the trailer. If you're not hooked after the first episode I don't have time for you.

Mindhunter. Amazing from the start to the finish. The only down side is the episode count is too short. Got a years wait for season two.

Me too, and it reminded me that I hadn't got round to re-setting up a series link for it since my old sky box died! 8-)

pay the rancor fee for him to record it for you

it seems as though that will be series 2 of the japanese one as this article https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2017/ ... oQ_PGWl2B0 about the establishing of the formula over there is only a year old. DM NHK and see if they have plans to bring it over they might wait until it gets to series 3/syndication or possibly channel 4 hold some IP right to the formula on UKtv that may prevent them, who knows.
