Header is 390mm high, ~525mm wide at the bottom (but open the header art I linked you too earlier in photoshop etc, and it'll give you the exact max width). Tapers up to 435mm at the top.
It's 5mm clear acrylic. Behind it is 2 pieces of yellow plastic.. less than 1mm thick each... 1 is a large U-shape, and behind that is the second sheet... that creates a little pocket for the art that you can slide in from the top. The yellow pieces are 310mm tall (i.e. they don't sit behind the vinyl art).
There are 6 plastic screws holding 3 pieces together.

Thanks Zipper, I'm moving forward with it. Can you tell me the location of the 6 plastic screws? Not sure if it is worth it to get all that system behind the plexi, specially without the white frame to hold it all together and make it more solid.

Will get those hole measurements.
This is cool.... I used romlister to get the full list of 3-4 player games, and then asked Mike Boss over on BYOAC to create a Swing MaLa theme for me. It's ace...

Great week for my Swing, out of the blue I managed to get a Cadillacs and dinosaurs original PCB and also a marquee set! I thought I would have to get used to the cab with no marquee... I was so excited that I grab it right away, no questions asked. Waiting for it to arrive!

BTW does anybody know how Sega designed the surface where the coin slots are? I just can find a way I think I'll like it. Some plexy and arts underneath? Just plexy no glass? Cover it with a plate?

Nice, that's the original? Something tells me that that silver color is going to be a pain to reproduce...

It looks like a pain to produce, so almost certainly original.

Hi Zipper
I bought the same Swing cabinet with 4 players panel and I would like to know if you can share your system? (Files and mala theme with config)?
Thanks

Question,

is it possible to have a CPS2 board installed without any space issue?
