My GF's Grandma bought an old building in Chiba. The first 2 floors were an old game center up until the early 90s.
SFEX2 came out in '98.
Oh, and HOLY MOLY!

For those wondering: this is in Chiba.
Also, the Game Center closed down in the mid 90s, but for some reason there are a few newer machines (as in late 90s) I don't know the whole story either.
