neomvs whats with the cart price inflation. 50 quid for magician lord  it'll soon be the first reverse rom swap from aes if people are swallowing that valuation, your valuations were spot on a few months ago whats happening? magician lord realistically is 20-30
You need to check the drama about this cart on neo-geo.com and also check the current prices this has been selling for on ebay, $100 to $150, so £64 to £95. I personally think it's only worth £30 and so I recently sold one for this on neo-geo.com despite the current price tag;

http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthrea ... d-mvs-rare

http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthrea ... -MVS/page2

So Magician Lord (MVS) = £40 to £50 is a pretty accurate price guide for the cart at the minute IMHO, but at the end of the day, it's only worth what somebody is willing to pay. I wouldn't pay more than £30 for it personally

Anywhere between £70 to £110

I bought a Japanese loose cart for £50 and an English Kit for about £60 a few years back

yeah i checked ebay after that post sorry if i came across as condescending, really wasnt aware of it selling for that kind of money. my apologies. i know its not a common game this side of the pond either but 50+ :wtf: yeah its 30 tops imo i got it and sold it within a week as it has no replay or gameplay value to it, probably just one of those pricing bubbles like pulstar a couple of years ago.

Hi Guys,

I'm going to Strip Down my TopSkater Dedicated Cab.
The Rearprojection TV is dead, and I don't have the Space
And Mood to get it Converted into LCD/Flat Screen.

So I saw some Model 2 Boards, Subboards etc going here for Good Prices.
But I'm absolutley Not into it how much to ask for the Parts.

Its a Model 2C CRX Board, complete with all Sub Boards, PSU, Amps etc...

I purchased a working Rush & Crash (Japanese version of Speed Rumbler) PCB for $50 shipped ($30 was marked as the board price) in May of 2012.
Hmmm, one to just hang on to then by the sounds of it - seems undervalued given what a top little game it is. :)

Was wondering if anyone had a clue what this lot is worth?

Sega marine fishing cart (not the Naomi board though)
The controller & panel
The uprated IO board for more controls etc (not the loom though unless some are specific to it, need those for the basic IO board)
and I believe the box atop the Naomi is needed for it too
All recently pulled off a cab working (as best I can tell, new to Naomi stuff)

Also next to them is another IO board I think is from a Club kart (according to a badly written sticker) untested though.

Thanks.

Any idea on these please guys:

Silkworm (original) - Plays fine, has sound fault, music sounds 'scratchy'.

Bubble Bobble II F3 Cart (Original) - Was working ok, took it out one day and refused to boot, odd corruption on screen, sure it said some kind of error message but not having the Mobo anymore I can't check.

I would think it's pretty hard to value, as I would be very surprised if that stuff comes up more than once in a blue moon and also it may have limited appeal.

I would put a vague ballpark of £100 on it. Let me know if you put it up for sale/trade as I would be interested.

Speed Rumbler sells for up to £30. Uncommon game but not valued highly.

Yeah I understand it could be a niche item, I have found the IO board sells alone for £110 from AGS http://triplemoonstar.brinkster.net/the ... ockid=2098"

TBH I would be pretty happy to swap for a fully populated 2 player control panel (6 buttons per player) and mebbe a cheap game or two (Virtua tennis would be nice :) )
