Re: Items spotted on Yahoo Japan Auctions
I missed an very nice ESPGaluda kit not long ago that sold for Y 22000, for some **** reason I couldn't put a bid in with my proxy service as I expected him to appear right before the auction ending like usual .
The kit is on his site now for a whopping Y 40000 .
I happily found another one just as minty and for a lot less than 40000

Oh, man. Monouchi, was that you? I actually came here to post "look at this nonsense, you guys" and it seems I was beaten to it
I was going to bid on it and I forgot, then, I checked it this morning, and I said to myself, "who's the joker that bid this thing up to 70k yen?"
I see your line of thinking, though. I've done it myself as well (bid 45k on a Famicom cart worth only about 1000 yen to make sure I'd win it), but I can see how it would backfire.
Looks like the other bidder (not the winner) was a SMJ user, and that's the one who bumped it up to nearly 70k yen. I'm guessing he sniped it thinking the same thing as you.
