I'd be absolutely gutted if I won it. I've chased that elusive high 3 times now so I'm not going to push my luck any further
My Mrs is making me watch the closing ceremony so I'm trying to keep things interesting

And yet,try as you might, you just can't shake that "one more go" sensation, gnawing away at you, relentlessly, until you crumble....

Ahh. Sweet, sweet gambling. Must... resist

I'm so relieved I didn't win that PoS. I was starting to think about where it'd go in the house on that last bid

It'll be interesting to see how much it fetches in the end

Gnnngh! It's up to £68 odd now - people are actually bidding on it.
Well, it does have over 5000 games and a mean Pac-Man sticker

Sorry, that was me.

I did it a couple of hours ago but forgot to mention it when I got distracted.
It was quite thrilling actually.
Same feeling as putting more than you should down on a blackjack hand.
*phew*

Re: Gallery of ****

I lost the bottle at £60! Maybe...

There are 3 bidders, only one of whom's genuine

'don't let it get away'

Re: Gallery of ****
My bid was a bit safer as I could see that the other bidder was already over £60, so I possibly had a safety window in the mid 60s range ...possibly.
In hindsight, I should have bid £68.01 as then I could have seen if the other bidder got pushed past the £70 marker. ...Shill bidding tactics.
Although it's often irrelevant as people like myself might bid odd amounts to prevent being out-shilled.

Re: Gallery of ****
Will he be looking?
He's bound to be over the moon that someone's actually willing to pay that amount for it.
The real bidder's the true loser here. I'd guess his initial bid was £100
not that I'm going to chance finding out
