Similar to the one I made a while back  Not a fair comparison but it was fun to do:

Maybe I can do the same with the Virtsticks when I get one... :palm:

That was awesome! Especially the slow motion of the X Arcade. I used to have one of those as well. It feels like a lifetime ago now.

Excellent feedback from you guys - thanks.

I am half way thru making 10 virtsticks and I am looking into making VirtRotarySticks too.

However, I am REALLY busy at work at the moment making stoopid bits for bloody LeMans cars.

Work is really getting in the way of my home projects.
I do have 2 (I think) ready to be assembled, so the first 2 who asked will get.

Yeah, I'm spreading the gospel. :awe: I foresee the price going up on these babies.

Meanwhile, I'm trying to figure out a way of adapting either the JLF or LS-32-01 PCB for a quick connection in your beloved panels. So far I got this:

I plan on just adding wires to the switch holes and when the stick is sitting installed in a cabinet you just put the wires on the switches.

Does a stock Seimitsu mounting plate accept a Virtstick? I'd need a SS shaped plate and wonder if they are interchangeable with the LS-32 / 40 plates?

I got a plate along with my virtstick where the holes were lined up with the LS-32 RE plate.

That's what I meant - but only the holes where plate mounts to panel or also the holes where the stick mounts to the plate? :awe:

When I got the stick from virtvic, I just unscrewed my LS-32-01 and then put the virtstick in it's place. Then put the screws there. Done. I don't feel like unmounting it to snap pictures, but attached is a mockup comparison I made that should be accurate.

Ah, now I see what you meant. :awe: Sometime next week I'm going to work on that JLF PCB mod I posted a picture of, and then I'm going to see if your assumption is correct about the SS plate so you know for sure. ;)

Well, I finished my JLF PCB mod, but didn't remove the virtstick from the cabinet while performing it, so I didn't try to fit an SS plate on it.

It was very easy to do this mod btw.

Any Virtsticks still available?

Did pm Virtvic some time ago but got no answer.
Would love to try one or two of these out.

There will be some ready in about 2 weeks (I am off on holiday soon)

I have about 10 partially assembled.

Sorry for the delay, I have been really busy with work and my games room.
