Cyber Lead LED I/O

Post by SuperPang »

As this has been asked a few times and there are now more than two Cyber Lead owners, heres some instructions:

The Cyber Leads LED marquee is controlled by an I/O board. The LED I/O is operated by the two buttons next to service/test (inside the CP, below the monitor).

Press both buttons to access the menu. Once in the "LED Set Menu", go to "Edit Task". The first number selection is the slide, the second, third, and fourth number selections have to do with the direction of movement, color scheme etc and the "E" or "N" stands for "End" (which then loops back to the beginning), and "Next", which will add another slide to the edit task menu.

You can add as many slides as you want by keeping the letter at the and at N. For the final slide, make it E. Some of the 2nd-4th number selections become "*" for the pre-renderred shows.

Some System 12 games such as Tekken 3 and Soul Calibur contain LED data that will load temporarily onto the I/O board when connected via JVS. You should be aware there are different revisions of both the marquee and I/O board with different numbers of colours and games supported.
