yeah most of the ag stuff is really nice,i' just not gone on the shape of the 3.1 mark linked to not that it matters i cant afford any of them :lolno:

edit wait does the cover stay on ? :palm: i prefer them with the cover on tehy look way cooler :oops:

Blimey. My Ref AV were £800 ea from Peter Tyson 3 years ago. Expensive but they're keepers.

AG are claiming that it's becoming increasingly more expensive to obtain cast aluminim blocks & manufacturing costs have increased in the last 10 years.......

The Strada get great reviews. People use them as computer speakers. A set of 3 just sold for £1450 on ebay, it was in the US so + shipping :( I think AG know that they can charge more as they have no customers they might as well keep their prices in line with their competitors.

Tempted to have a crack at the A9s if they go cheap but I'd need to double my power amp budget (I say budget, it's currently non existent, as is the speaker budget :lolno: ).

Quad 909 won on ebay, just need to pay for the CDP2 & find some speakers :)

I've found a couple of places in glasgow / edinburgh that have spendors, so will audition them at the weekend.

I guees I'll need to use speakers 6 & 7 form my surround amp in the interim :?
