Re: Items spotted on eBay
Of course he hasn't been offered £1200, he's full of ****. Just trying to push the price up and add an air of legitimacy to his "valuation". I don't believe he paid £500 to have it "re-wire including service" either, he's an utter mug if he did. He's looking for somebody with more money than sense who knows less about cabs than he does. Reference the comment about servicing in the listing etc. It's not a **** car you utter larry. Somebody ask what the top speed is!

Re: Items spotted on eBay
I stayed out of this one! Red5 put in a cheeky £1 bid though
Did this actually sell or was it removed?

Re: Items spotted on eBay
Well it seems he declined an offer of £1400. Incredible that there are people out there with so little sense.

It's crazy he didn't have the good sense to accept at least twice it's value, but then again he did spend £500 on the wiring.

"I spent over £30,000 on my games room but it all has to go."
Hopefully some of the money recuperated will be used to buy a new carpet & remove the artex.
In summary:
I have no problem with people being a little ott in their listings, but this is outright misleading and the sole intention is to take advantage of someone less knowledgabe & take them for all their worth.
Hopefully some of the money recuperated will be used to buy a new carpet & remove the artex.
In summary:
Used blast, imported from Japan & used by someone else (in used condition), bought with a replacement monitor. If it was new, why would the monitor need replacing & the cab re-wired.Imported new from Japan. Never been in an arcade. Home use only. Not some battered, tarted up ex-arcade use cab with a wonkey donkey monitor.
Approx xxx emulated games, nothing original about them not to mention the legal issue.Approx 3000 original arcade games. Exactly as you remember them.
Modern, circa when?More or less every game you could ever think of from Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Ghouls and Ghosts etc to Pacman, Asteroids, Space Invaders and Rally X. Covers everything from retro to modern.
Hole drilled in CP upper, tired looking paint, wrong CP, re-wired by who and to what end.Perfect throughout.

The "games room" includes my 2km quad track and 3 Blasters (Yamaha) and also a small boat on my lake plus a genuine Wurlitzer etc.markedkiller78 wrote:"I spent over £30,000 on my games room but it all has to go."

Yep, was over £500. Arcade Sales UK or something.
If you start your ebay message to me all snotty I'll be snotty back.
The estate is all 70s and I've kept it that way. Decor not my think as you can see

Tired looking paint? Are you joking?
Re: Items spotted on eBay
Spectre you're just a bull **** and I gave you the same **** back that you started out with on me. Worth less than £500? Really? Where from? Got any links? Nope. Thought not.Spectre wrote:Of course he hasn't been offered £1200, he's full of ****. Just trying to push the price up and add an air of legitimacy to his "valuation". Arcade Sales UK I think did the rewire.
I am lucky. I have got more money than sense. I don't do Feraris anymore but I get by. It was up for 2K and the guy got it for just over £1000 + shipping after I knocked a load off.
As for 3000 games, not everybody wants to just play one or two or even be limited to 25 originals. Fact.
Anyway come on. Show me those £499 links. I might buy a few (hundred) and sell them on. If you can get them that cheap then I am in the wrong (part time) job.
