I’m new to this board, and I’m not specialized in arcade machines.
I collect anything you can play video games on.
In 2014, I bought my first arcade-like console—the Neo Geo AES—for 80€ from france, along with 4 LowCost AES games, many empty MVS & AES shells, and one arcade board. Bought as junk, but the preowner uses a 9V Powersupply. Lucky, that the console is OK. It has the wrong case, odd voltage on it.
It is the first Rev of the (Japanese) version, someone tells me.
This board needs 5V. I will let the board in origin state.
In 2023, I got my first consolized MVS and started collecting the Metal Slug series. Now I own 1-X. Only 5 an „6“ not.
Shmups follows slowly—my favorite is Pulstar.
Cause of the pricing at AES, focused on MVS.
Fullset on games, is not my target. I‘m not building a private Fort Knox, I want to play good games.
From SNK, I own an NGP, NGPC, and NGCD—all bought at a time when these items were very cheap. But now, my focus is solely on the big cartridges.
I‘m very interested on machines, beside SNKs NeoGeo.
