If it was truely converted by Capcom, then it's value would be just slightly less than a factory board imo. Possibly as much as 25% of the CPS2 boards out there are Capcom conversions, nobody bats an eyelid about those (but then again most CPS2 titles are far more common and much less valuable).
I would want some very strong proof though. Unusued manufacturer's eprom stickers have been known to surface for example...

A conversion of Daimakaimura normally sells for around £120-£160 but you can buy a original resale version of Daimakaimura from japan for £300 but after shipping you would be looking nearer the £400 mark if sent via EMS.
the thing with conversions you are pretty much just buying a normal SF2',SF2' Turbo pcb which costs around £50-£70 and about a hours work reprogramming the eproms / GAL but they work 100% as it's pretty much what capcom did only difference been they used a PAL / capcom eprom stickers.
An original resale wouldn't have a GAL on it and would have properly printed EPROM labels. Even then, I would be weary, the conversions are so easy to do as richy says and there were sheets of Capcom branded EPROM labels for sale on eBay a while back.
Just curious to how much a dodonpachi Doj BL full kit is? Battery changed a a few months ago. It has two cave stickers on it from it's previous two battery changes. comes with blue case, two dip sheets/settings, box inners, pcb plastics, and artwork etc all in excellent mint condition. Rolled poster.
Cave stickers are broken for the recent battery change.
Just want to know so I can gauge how much effort I should put in to finding a pop to complete the kit. Thanks in advance.
