According to google translate "Repainting and part of the control part, except that repairing the footrest portion is not tampered with"

I *think* that means part of the control panel has been repainted (probably some corrosion from use) and there has been some repair to the foot rest, other than that the cab hasn't been touched from new.

Well that's the problem isn't it, until people stop dealing with him he's not going to go away. There almost needs to be an active witch-hunt to put an end to his rampant profiteering, which is something that in itself seems anti-community.

Lets have it right, he's openly buying things purely to sell on for a very hefty profit. Is it theft? No, but it's not a million miles away from it. On that item alone he stands to make best part of £100 for very little work.

See, and this is the sort of thing that I previously mentioned that **** me off so much. Has he been banned from here yet? I wish there was an easy way to advise people en masse to avoid dealing with him, but I know he will still get the trade from plenty of people who are sadly unaware. :problem:
