Help with GQ-4X w/ adapter

Interestingly the ST M27C4002-12F1 chips fail to write successfully on my Top 3000, but the ST M27C4002-10F1 chips write fine.

Then again my sample size of 12F1 chips is rather small, so it's possible they are just bad - though unlikely.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone else replicates the same behavior.
